Terms of Service
Effective August 2, 2026
What this service is
Did Anyone Call is a private, invitation-only family-coordination service. A family organizer creates a circle around one relative; invited members log their contact with that relative and receive coverage reminders so no day goes by in silence.
Who may use it
You must be 18 or older and join through a personal invitation link shared by your family's organizer. There is no public signup.
Your account and honest use
Sign-in is by one-time links sent to your own mobile number — there are no passwords. You agree to log only contact that actually happened and to use the service solely to coordinate care within your own family circle.
Messaging
SMS reminders are optional and governed by the consent you give (or decline) when you join. Consent details, message frequency, and opt-out instructions are presented on the join page at the moment of opt-in. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
Not a medical or emergency service
Did Anyone Call detects silence and reminds families to call. It does not monitor health, does not provide medical advice, and must never be relied on to detect emergencies. If you believe someone is in danger, contact emergency services.
Your family's data
The notes and moments your family records belong to your family. The organizer can export everything at any time, and can delete the circle — deletion becomes permanent after a 30-day recovery window. See the Privacy Policy.
Service changes and termination
This is an early-access family service; features may change. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other people. You may leave a circle, stop messages (reply STOP), or ask your organizer to remove you at any time.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (currently: nothing).
